We've been working on this iPhone app for sometime and the Apple docs are fairly robust, but the one thing that's missing is a big 'ole page with a bunch of UI screenshots that give the designer a sense for what can be done or has been done. So, I made one. It's by no means complete, but it gives a good general overview for the types of design elements and layouts that are possible on the iPhone.
What I'd love from Apple (or some other enterprising source) is a simple PSD iPhone UI template kit.
