Intro to Crowdsourcing

I was just about to do a post pointing to Jeff Howe's book (which I bought earlier today) and great video primer on crowdsourcing, and lo and behold, he's blogged about The Extraordinaries today! (Jacob had sent him a 'hello' email a few days ago). So, glad to see that he thinks that our project is at least half as interesting as we found his crowdsourcing site (don't dwell on those calculations too long... i was never good at math).
